THE BIG STORY: Typhoon Vongfong path has changed again, moving inland and following the east coast shoreline until Aurora.

Stated PURPOSE of this site; I was devastated by the death toll because inadequate Govt weather reporting during Typhoon Yolanda in 2013. Here are some videos of that damage, although they only ref up to 5000 dead, the actual final count was reported at over 7000!

I started reporting the weather shortly after that crisis. I started this web Page in 2016. To this day, Filipino SAFETY is my goal! I have lived here since 2009. My wife and I live on Luzon, about 2 hrs south of Manila. We own a sari-sari store and a Pisonet business. All of our computers are located outside and under a tin roof. We are ALWAYS concerned about wind speeds at our location during these events.

To the best of my knowledge, nipa hut construction is a great way to live in many places, because it provides a natural cooling effect in this hot climate. However, during a typhoon, the maximum wind speed it can sustain without damage is about 50km/h for short periods of time! For this reason, I am posting a URL to an article discussing a Typhoon proof home construction. Please keep in mind, ANY home, when hit with waves of water WILL NOT STAND up to that abuse and may collapse! So, if you are located in a flood-prone area or if you are located too close to the sea and are involved with sudden storm water damage, your best alternative is to move to a safer area! SAFETY is my MAJOR concern for everyone! I spent my life’s work testing for SAFETY, as a SAFETY Engineer.

Following my stated goals, I have found that many Apps that show the weather status, also HYPE that information, KNOWING that people DO NOT LIVE at 4000-10000 feet above sea level where the storm activity takes place. The news and weather channels report HYPE because it brings SHOCK and AWE and RATINGS to their channels!

My purpose and my goal each season is to FIND Apps and websites that REPORT TRUTH concerning these storms, so that I can bring FACTS to our followers and report ACCURATELY about what is happening. Sometimes, FACTS still go over all of our heads because we do not typically think in terms of wind speeds or water damage when selecting our living spaces. So, this report is brought to bring these FACTS back into your minds-eye, so you can be better equipped when choosing your next living space.

I am presenting actual weather site information available to ALL weather reporting agencies, in my array of pictures that SUPPORT my use of the Earthnull APP which tells us about the wind speeds to expect, and follows the path of the storms.

I previously stated, this storm IS NOT a powerful storm. THAT statement is backed by the ISOBAR Video included in this report. NOTICE the Low-pressure marks disappear as the storm progresses north, reappearing again north of Luzon.

Again, because of my personal SAFETY AND FINANCIAL STAKE in KNOWING what weather will do to my living space, I have struggled to FIND APPS that report TRUTH, that I might be PREPARED as far in advance as possible. I followed last years’ storms using these Apps and am VERY CONFIDENT they tell you the TRUTH, in the simplest terms. My goal then is to share this information and teach what you must know, to understand what I am relating to you. I share this information out of pure disgust concerning the HYPE and worry imposed on the general public by our news and weather reporting agencies. KNOW the TRUTH, and the TRUTH shall set you FREE!

BACK to THE REST OF THE STORY: Vongfong will bring much rain to Visayas and Luzon, but it will NOT do the damage other storms have done in recent years. IF you are living in a cement structure, you have very little to worry about no matter where you are located. The surface winds for Vongfong are maximum 95km/h as shown previously.

I am not concerned about landslides, because we are just starting the season and our mountainous areas are not yet soaked to where they might move unexpectedly. Flood-prone areas MUST ALWAYS be concerned!

Lastly, after Vongfong reaches Aurora area, it will be ripped apart by the Jetstream and further damage will be reduced because of that.
