THE BIG STORY: Jebi is at CAT4 strength and heading to Japan. Clearing in the Philippines and Guam.
PHILIPPINE weather is clearing with occasional spin-off storms from Jebi passing over Visayas and central Luzon. Jebi is having less influence over our weather every day.
GUAM weather is recovering and the JetStream is once again starting to head toward the equator.
Hong Kong/Macau weather is clearing with only occasional popup showers.
VIETNAM weather has popup showers regularly in the north while mid to south shows only high clouds.
