Update 9-22-2018 2000hrs;
THE BIG STORY: A computer model that I have used previously predicts TRAMI will hit Taiwan but NOT come ashore. Still at a CAT4-5 Strength; there will be MUCH damage! TAIWAN to PREPARE NOW FOR THIS STORM! In an effort to give the most advanced warning possible; TRAMI has moved away from Guam and is heading north on its predicted path. It has gained strength with winds from 96-120km/h and it's moving at 22km/h now. The predicted path starts to edge towards Taiwan at this time! We must ACT NOW & PREPARE IN TAIWAN FOR THIS STORM!

PHILIPPINES weather will be much the same bukas with high clouds and rain storms passing over us and with the normal popup showers from noon till early evening.

TAIWAN MUST PREPARE NOW FOR A DIRECT HIT FROM TRAMI ON THE 9-28 and lasting until 9-30 in the central east shore area at Fengbin township. It IS NOT Predicted to come ashore, however, there will be HEAVY RAIN in southern Taiwan on 9-23 starting at around 1200hrs tomorrow.  Make sure you are safe in a cement building as winds can take other structures apart! STORE FOOD & WATER for at least 1 week!

Be Safe.
