THE BIG STORY: IMMEDIATE DANGER - WARNING: TAIWAN/JAPAN's OUTER ISLANDS GROUP AROUND TAKETOMI. Typhoon TRAMI will be hitting the upper 1/3 of Taiwan AND the Japanese Island Group on 9-28-9/30 with CAT4-CAT5 Strength winds. The storm will move along more quickly to cover the COMPLETE country of Japan because the JetStream will pull it along!
Winds right now are 225-265km/h and the storm is moving north northwest at 20km/h. People on these islands and the major islands of Taiwan/Japan must seek cement structures and store food and water for at least two weeks! Expect flooding, landslides and loss of power as well as massive DEVASTATION of many buildings and other structures.
Second THREAT: Another storm is forming over GUAM! It MAY move along much the same path; we DO NOT KNOW YET! Must Watch!
NOTE: This second threat is too far out by date to be concerned now. The Isobar chart is NOT THAT ACCURATE after 3 days! Also; the Isobar chart shows another storm form over Japan toward the eastern section of the country as TRAMI begins its path over the western Japanese Islands. I AM NOT SURE THAT THESE OTHER EVENTS ARE A REAL THREAT YET!
PHILIPPINE weather will remain much the same with high passing clouds and popup storms bringing the possibility of rain today.
GUAM weather remains conflicted with southern JetStream storms continuing to provide HEAVY RAIN. These storms are beginning to move south again.
Hong Kong/Macau weather will remain calm with storms being pulled away into TRAMI.
VIETNAM will continue to have popup showers over the mid to southern regions.
