THE BIG STORY: Typhoon #33 has degraded and broken up into two rain storms and continues to be breaking apart. Part of it has gone north and part continues just south of the predicted path.
The second Typhoon, Tropical Depression #34, Man-Yi, we spoke about the other day has formed near Micronesia and is shown in the videos. IT IS NOT EXPECTED IT WILL BOTHER THE PHILIPPINES!
PHILIPPINES STORM UPDATE: Tropical Depression #33 has broken into two separate storms. The typhoon portion down-graded into a rain event while crossing Visayas. See the video below for actual conditions now. The remaining are PREDICTIONS of what may happen. BEWARE of Predictions!
The HEAVY RAIN event went north along the coast. It has been raining off and on all afternoon today in mid-to-southern Luzon. The storm will continue to bring rain and move north on the east coast. Rain continues as far north as Isabella.
It will intensify between 2100hrs and 2400hrs today.
By the 22nd it will continue to intensify and move inland bringing more HEAVY RAIN in northern Luzon 0600hrs.
By 0900hrs, HEAVY RAIN will DOMINATE Northern Luzon as far south as Baguio and nearly cover northern Luzon to the West shore.
By 1200hrs the HEAVY RAIN has reduced to be only in central northern Luzon but still covering most of northern Luzon.
By 1800hrs the HEAVY RAIN exists in only the center of northern Luzon and in a patch running to Vigan while the remaining areas are beginning to clear.
By 2100hrs the HEAVY RAIN has tapered off to a mild rain event and the east coast finally begins to clear.
By 2400hrs on the 23rd, the rain STOPS and clearing begins. Also, the typhoon portion of this event has crossed Palawan and is now in the sea headed toward Vietnam.
GUAM/Mariana Islands Tropical Storm #34, Man-Yi, passes over Guam beginning at around 0300hrs as a CAT1 and should pass completely over by 0900hrs.
JAPAN weather is mostly clear today.
Hong Kong/Macau the JetStream passes over and drops rain until 11-22-2018 0600hrs with a possibility of popup showers later each day.
VIETNAM The JetStream sinks south and drops rain north of Dong Hoi by 11-21-2018 2100hrs.
Rain intensifies as far south as Da Nang through 0600hrs. Spots of rain, some mild to HEAVY begin by 11-22-2018 0600hrs. as far south as Can Ranh.
Tropical Storm #33 begins to bother by 0000hrs on 11-24-2018 the outer band begin to hit the east shores centered around Qui Nhon; north to Da Nang and south to Ho Chi Minh City.
Popup showers always likely in other areas.

HEALTH ISSUES:
Please continue to follow the health section and pass this along to friends who may be concerned with Cancer. My tumor has grown and begun to harden. It is still growing and tearing flesh, very painful!
Most Equipment has arrived, waiting an ORP Meter and calibration powder for the pH Meter. I am also strongly considering a microscope attachment for my cp that magnifies from 60-100x for the purpose of evaluating my red blood cells distribution. The red blood cell organization reflect BOTH their ORP and pH status and is RESPONSIBLE for delivering the oxygen to the organs and tissues.
