A new Typhoon 23 has formed south of Guam. IT WILL NOT HIT THE PHILIPPINES!
I had requested that our Followers, ALL 3250 of them, respond to me with: "I like this new Sat View or not and why". I GOT ZERO RESPONSES! I have requested volunteers to report the local weather conditions. Other than two people, I HAD ZERO RESPONSES!

The next time a typhoon is in the area of the PAR as was just AFTER YOLANDA a CAT5 typhoon, ANOTHER CAT5 typhoon traveled up our east coast between us and GUAM! I was FURIOUS! The local news wrote ONE story about it! PAGASA IGNORED it! If it had turned just a little and hit our east coast at CAT5; hundreds could have died and thousands would have suffered and THEN, EACH of you would be wishing you had the simple TRUTH! The MOST POWERFUL message I bring is a CLEAR SAT VIEW of conditions!
The time to get a new process worked out is NOW; during a clearing event when weather is calm! The time is NOW to show your Filipino Pride in your nation! DO NOT tell me that a foreigner has more Pride in your country!
We NEED local weather reporters, especially during HEAVY RAIN events! I am testing a new Sat View program; it has many, MANY flaws! But I think it interprets the clouds better than the other program! IF WE CAN TRUST the SAT VIEW INTERPRETATION of the clouds we NO LONGER DEPEND UPON Local Weather Watchers! THIS IS WHY I NEED YOUR HELP!
I placed a message button on the screen of the fb Page. I have issued an email address for those using the Blog. But reports are provided to me that reveal that 66% of you who visit the Blog are using a PC while the remaining are using either Apple or Android CP and the remaining use a Tablet under Apple iOS. I CANNOT tell who or what part of the country you are from. But these are the stats a Page owner gets! I can tell what part of the day my report is most beneficial and what age range and gender it is most important to. If you think that this is ALL the information these services give; think again! No conspiracy theories here but FACTS! I don't get involved with fairy tales; I give TRUTH and the FACTS!
I have met the men and women responsible for these TRUTH's by virtue of the video's and their audio's and have emailed them with other TRUTH's with supporting documentation just like what they provide; to which they credited me with a finding supporting their TRUTH in one publication. They have THOUSANDS of people like myself who believe in what they do. The TRUTH is sometimes UGLY, but It MUST be TOLD! The bible says; TRUTH will set us FREE! But this freedom is fleeting and can be lost at any moment!
More Weather Data: I just finished a test in my area. The next video is my area and it was RAINING HARD!
I learned that these videos say they go until (NOW), meaning the current time. WRONG; the current time was 1518hrs. Here is a screenshot of what was happening at 1515hrs according to the weather station:
Looks Like we WILL NEED local conditions reporting! My assumption is that the software is NOT 100% WRONG. The conditions are relative based ONLY on Cloud Height! To have CERTAIN KNOWLEDGE of local conditions WE MUST USE DOPPLER RADAR! We HAD Doppler Radar available; but for whatever reason the equipment is in dis-repair!
What happened overnight last night?
As you look at these; pay attention to the number of times the video stalls and freezes! EXTREMELY difficult to work with. I HAVE WRITTEN a help desk request for this program. I am waiting a response from them! I won't hold my breath!
