You see Mangkhut will reach a CAT5 strength; but return to CAT4 before going between Luzon and Taiwan and will REDUCE to at least CAT3 before hitting Hong Kong/Macau. Timing is STILL up in the air and NOT resolved yet. But notice the speed is now 27km/h
