THE BIG STORY: Path for Mangkhut has SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED to move North again! The timing of its arrival is a little off; I expected this evening, t has not made it yet! Technical Definition of Landfall is when the eye crosses land!
PHILIPPINE weather will continue to be more of the same; cyclic wind and HEAVY RAIN in some areas until Mangkhut has made landfall. Then it will wander a bit but usually stay near its predicted path. Again; for those within 25km either side of the eye, you will see the maximum force of the wind and rain! See the new path in these pics:
