THE BIG STORY: Typhoon TRAMI has lost the JetStream! This means it is spending WAY MORE time in ALL areas and MUCH MORE DAMAGE WILL OCCUR! TRAMI is STILL over Okinawa. The second storm has formed and was Tropical Depression 30. It will be named soon as it just became a Tropical Storm.
JAPAN MUST PREPARE IN ALL AREAS TO BE HIT BY TRAMI! Notice the JetStream has moved to the north of Japan. Therefore the Typhoon will travel at more normal speed and the DAMAGE WILL INCREASE!
People on the outer islands and the major islands of Japan should seek cement structures and store food and water for at least two weeks! Expect flooding, landslides and loss of power as well as massive DEVASTATION of many buildings and other structures. See pics of conditions at present time. PHILIPPINE weather will remain calm with high clouds and rain from the storms being drawn into TRAMI. Popup showers will occur later in the day in random areas.
GUAM weather is now affected by TD30 and they have more rain associated with this new Typhoon. Expect the effects of the latest storm for the next two days.
Hong Kong/Macau weather will continue to have random popup showers near the end of the day.
VIETNAM weather will continue to have random popup showers in the north and southern regions. Otherwise will remain calm.
