THE BIG STORY: TRAMI has begun it's trek across Japan major islands. The next Typhoon has been named Kong-rey and it will follow TRAMI but will go north of Japan in the sea to travel the length of Japan.
JAPAN has much rain associated with the Typhoon TRAMI as shown in Doppler radar in the next video. I have a group of videos taken late last night and pics at various locations around Japan.
PHILIPPINE weather will be calm with high clouds and passing storms and some popup showers late in the day. You may be wondering what I mean when I say high clouds? These clouds are normally thin and they let the sun through easily. When the clouds associated with a storm pass they block the sun more. This is shown in one of the videos I present today. I will mark the video High Cloud Cover.
Hong Kong/Macau weather will be clear with popup showers perhaps late in the day.
VIETNAM weather will be clear with popup showers in the mid and southern regions.
