THE BIG STORY: We are saying goodbye to the “Tropical Depression that wasn’t” today! It brought a LOT of rain and flooding did occur in Manila and other cities but the BIG BLOW NEVER HAPPENED! We can ALL Thank God for that! Last night at 0115hrs this storm was still centered over the Philippines; but today we see the center at about mid-S China Sea and still headed for Hanoi. It is still bringing the storms found close to the western side of the Philippines and wrapping them around its center over Visayas and western Luzon.

NOTICE: I have invited anyone to contact me regarding your local weather conditions. Our new followers never knew the reason why I do this. So, let me explain;

Have you ever been in a situation where the weather outside becomes EXTREME and you actually fear for what is happening, not knowing when it will end? Well, at times in our life you wish that the news would bring you the details pertaining to your circumstances, but then look at the time. Hmmmm, mid-morning (or whatever) you know the news will not bring details until noontime! But here you are “Trapped by a freak storm” and really in fear of what is happening!

It was for THIS REASON that I make the offer to anyone to contact me for latest details on your local weather. But here are some examples of what I am receiving for messages. “Weather Update” or “What’s the status of the storm” or “Can you give me daily updates of the weather”. No direction for the simple request I have made, “please provide me with your city and province”!

I start to receive these at 0500hrs daily! LISTEN: I am ONE guy. I stay up really LATE, 0100-0200hrs so I can bring you an update on a REAL Storm as it happens, to keep you Safe. There is NO WAY I am going to be able to answer frivolous requests for a weather update or be able to provide a “personal service” for your convenience when I am here performing my mission. IF you are in fear for your LIFE, I understand, but realize, when I look at the radar and see you were punking me; you most likely won’t get a second chance. Keep it real folks. This is a FREE service.

My mission is to KEEP YOU SAFE! I do this FOR FREE because I have compassion on my fellow mankind.

I was and STILL AM DISGUSTED with PAGASA who continue to HYPE storms; I was here during Yolanda. in this recent case, even call out a minor rain event as if the Sky was falling and we were all in danger of falling into a deep cosmic hole! It is laughable, but entirely a miss-use of their power as public media corporations!

Please have compassion on me as well and ask any question you like about the weather or other things I share in articles or in my Blog. I promise to bring you weather updates to KEEP YOU SAFE as the need arises. I have told you I will provide an update 2x per day DURING an EVENT! When the DANGER passes, DO NOT EXPECT more updates 2x per day. During the typhoon season I will provide an update 1x a day MAXIMUM. I will do this as long as I am alive. BUT; you MUST tell me a city and province!

I am 70yo and have had open heart surgery in 2015 and they replaced my Mitral Valve and did one bypass. Because the incompetent doctors cut the walls surrounding my heart muscle, they cut the fibers that keep the heart small. They could have done this orthoscopically and done no damage to my heart. But again, they are incompetent! I have EXTREMELY LITTLE respect for “Doctors”. They used to take an oath to “Do no harm” but now they do as they wish! After this operation, when my heart beats, it gets very large, like trying to squeeze a balloon in your hand; it always pops out where you don’t want it! THIS condition keeps blood flow to my extremities at a very low volume and I DO NOT have the energy to even sit in a chair with a straight back! After 30 minutes I shake for lack of energy! I MUST sit in a chair with a back that slopes back enough for gravity to hold me in the chair.

I am in no condition to be up and at your personal service for any reason.

I am sorry; if I lose followers because I tell the simple TRUTH, so be it! But I tell you right now, perhaps one day soon you will appreciate the FACT that as a retired Safety Engineer, I DO NOT BRING HYPE and scare the heck out of people for NO REASON!

I invite ALL to share my posts; even with Duterte himself! We ALL put our pants on one leg at a time! I am VERY opinionated, and I have asked God to let me come back as a Civil Engineer so I can correct the STUPIDITY that our politicians have imposed on the people. Using under-sized drainage pipes to carry normal rain shower run-off away as well as REFUSING to dredge the rivers so they will NOT Flood the area during EVERY rain event! Arrest the squatters and DO YOUR JOB as a Public Servant! NOTE: I am NOT RICH; I live day to day like most of you, but when the Public Safety is at stake, I REFUSE to take ANYONE’s side; SAFETY is MORE IMPORTANT.

The politicians go into office poor and come out of office RICH! Ever notice that pattern? Happens ALL OVER THE WORLD! There is NO WAY Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House of Congress in the USA is worth well over $100 Million Dollars in 28 years as a Congress woman on $174,000 a year salary! DO THE MATH! If you in the Philippines had the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and you were able to discover things like this here, you would find the same thing TRUE here as well! Why do you think the Congress in Manila will NOT PASS the FOIA? Translate this all the way down to your local Barangays!

Personal property, such as a refrigerator, TV, computer, car, motorcycle, tricycle and furniture ARE NOT CHEAP! To have these things, used for daily living in jeopardy because some politician wants to line their pockets with YOUR TAX money, is NOT EXCUSEABLE! Every time it floods, my heart sinks in remembrance of this. ALL flooding events should be confined to EXTREME storms. Freak Storms, not reoccurring typhoons known to come and go on a yearly cycle! Public planning of the streets and drainage and ALL Safety related Govt regulations must be performed with ONE thing in mind; YOUR SAFETY! THAT IS THE REASON WE HAVE Govt to collect your Tax Dollars and put them to use for YOU!

You DO NOT have this happening here in the Philippines! I hear a LOT of promises, but I SEE NO ACTION to help the people of this nation! THEN CHANGE!!!! CHANGE the people YOU elect! Get people who have YOUR best interest at heart! FORGET THE RULING CLASS and Elect the average citizen! They are NOT required to be all lawyers! Change the Constitution of 1987 to allow the potential President to pick his own Vice President! You have a situation right now, where the President and Vice President have DIFFERENT GOALS! They are BOTH ELECTED by YOU! Are either of them for the people? If you elect a bad President and he gets a good Vice President, can the VP Over rule the President? No! So, what is the purpose of this Constitutional Law?

You have the basis for a good Govt. The Executive Branch; the Senate, the House and the Judiciary. You have a Press, unfortunately it is NOT a FREE PRESS! It is mostly bought by the politicians or their party. So, it expresses THEIR Views and NOT the people’s View! The PURPOSE of the FREE PRESS is to keep Govt HONEST! NOT to act as a political arm of ANY Party!

Like in America. The Judiciary makes Laws, instead of ruling on an existing Law if it is Constitutional or not. I call them Activist Judges! They rule in accordance with the party Ideology from whoever appointed them! This MUST BE Corrected!

In the future, I plan to bring the weather details and NOT rant on politics or other subjects unless asked a question. But from time to time, I cannot hold back! When I see our people just trying to get by in life AND I see our politicians put on a smiling face and hand out money just to get elected, yet they DO NOTHING for the people; my BLOOD BOILS!

Lastly; If you send me purposely vague (I understand if you forgot to tell me your city or province) or miss-leading questions or smart-alecky GIFS or want to play a game with me – KNOW THIS: I will BAN or BLOCK you from my Page! You have NO RIGHT to be here! It’s your choice. I tell you this because I DO GET this from time to time!

HEALTH ISSUES:

It WORKED! I Changed my diet and used the Sodium Bicarb capsules I made to cause the tumors to go into remission or die. NO PAIN or Tenderness now present! I will start a Page in the Blog to tell you exactly how I got rid of my tumors (Cancer) as well as the rationale I used to treat my issues based on the information I have already provided in Page 1, 2 and 3 below. Thank each one who prayed for me, as I requested.
