THE BIG STORY: Storm BAILU is dissipating across southern China coastline. The Philippines has a weak LPA starting across the nation today.

PHILIPPINES: Continued HEAVY RAIN in upper Luzon as shown in the video. We have another minor LPA headed for central Philippines on or about Aug 26, 27^th. More rain on the way! However, it will cross the Philippines in about 1 day and more clearing will begin.

VIETNAM: Scattered showers in the northern and central area of the nation. The LPA leaving the Philippines on or about Aug 27^th, should arrive as nearly a Tropical Depression in central Vietnam on or about Aug 30. I will keep you updated.

GUAM: Expect more scattered showers today with more storms approaching the islands.

JAPAN: Scattered showers along the southern shore cities. The Jetstream has moved just south of Japan!
