THE BIG STORY: FINALLY HEAVY RAINS have nearly come to an end in the Philippines! As I predicted, we have a NEW Tropical Depression 20 currently at Macau, China. Normally, we see a storm move along it's predicted path; this storm is still moving toward the Philippines. DO NOT WORRY; this storm is predicted to go back to Hanoi; it WILL NOT come to the Philippines!
PHILIPPINE weather is Finally beginning to clear! Tropical Depression 20 has reduced it's number of spin-off storms and YAGI has just entered China reducing the number of spin-off storms from it thereby reducing the HEAVY RAIN pattern we were going through yesterday. Flooding in Manila and Metro Manila has been SEVERE as rivers are full and they cannot take more water. Yet Manila is STILL the ONLY station reporting RAINFALL at this time. Weather is clearing in the north Luzon and across the nation; while Manila will continue to see HEAVY RAIN today. LPA off our east coast STILL maintain a spin. We are watching closely to see if they develops into another Tropical Depression.
GUAM weather is calming down. Rain storms normally associated with the southern JetStream are still trying to cross the island. Their Doppler Radar shows clouds moving across land in Guam, but CLEARLY NO RAIN! Doppler Radar is our friend, we should have it in the Philippines! As predicted the storm north of Guam and moving away has now increased in strength and been assigned a name Tropical Storm LEEPI, currently at CAT1 status.
VIETNAM weather is calm at the moment. Tropical Depression 20 is STILL moving toward the Philippines with spin-off storms reducing as it gathers strength. However, it will once again travel back over Hanoi! Beware; HEAVY RAIN is coming again!
OTHER WEATHER NEWS: The southern JetStream is returning to more normal conditions. Storms released from recent typhoons are settling back to their normal latitude.
BLOG NEWS: I continue to make progress to find ways to improve the Blog. Yesterday I found a way to create a nice multi-part icon. click in one area and start the Blog, click in another area and start email for your questions and feedback, local conditions and more. I am still searching for a way to embed this icon one the Page permanently as well as a way to create an icon that starts our Blog. I am NOT going to quit until I have a solution to the cell phone view issues. We NEED the Translation function AND at least your comments as well as a way to report your Like and Follow criteria. A work in-process.
Be safe.

PHILIPPINES (2) In the next video we see HEAVY RAINS yesterday in my area got my attention as I was working on Blog issues and caused me to capture another video of the rain areas. Notice the video starts with Visible Clouds over the Philippines. Then I switch to IR mode and we CLEARLY see Manila is just being clobbered! I like the Blog because I can present more mixed information (printed word, Pictures and Videos, along with Multiple of each medium in the Blog.) This was NOT allowed in fb.
