Update 8-13-2018 2300hrs;
THE BIG STORY: Flooding and continued HEAVY RAIN in select areas in and around Metro-Manila and Ilocos region. Previous post had so many pictures. Typhoon Yagi is gone! Thank God! Now we are pulling rain from typhoon 20 which was just named Bebinca. Spin-off storms from this weak typhoon are creating much rain and flooding in the Philippines.

PHILIPPINES weather; FLOODING continues to be the Lead Story for the upper half of Luzon. Storms off our east coast may not develop into a typhoon. We'll know more in the morning. But this weak LPA over northern Luzon continues to dump massive rain and create flooding! Expect more of the same weather tomorrow and until Wednesday or Thursday.

VIETNAM weather is calming at the moment with storms being pulled into Typhoon Bebinca from Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. However, later this week Vietnam will once again experience HEAVY RAIN over Hanoi.

Blog issues remain. I had worked on learning coding to correct the issues I am having with the Blog.

We NEED local Weather Watchers who will report local conditions via pictures or short videos. Either can be sent to our email here: sirpixalotweather@gmail.com Please let me know the city the pics were taken and the approximate time will be assumed to be the time the email arrives. "It takes a village" is the saying... well, we need your help to properly WARN our Followers.

We had VERY POOR internet speed for a good portion of the afternoon. You saw the pictures of GMA News where I could not download a simple news article! Trying to get weather video was impossible. Let us do the best we can to provide the best service for the nation as possible! God Bless each of our followers! Thank you for WATCHING & SHARING the videos; we are now at over 3150 Followers! Let us set the next milestone at 3500!

Be safe.

Sir Pixalot
