Update 8-14-2018 1307Hrs;
THE BIG STORY: Panic this morning! The internet was EXTREMELY SLOW; The normal program I use to do weather updates WOULD NOT START! Etc., Etc. Explained in next post with videos and screen shots.
Typhoon Bebinca along the south coast of China seems has split into two storms! One headed for Hanoi and one that meanders about nearly the same location producing massive spin-off storms that end up over the Philippines!

PHILIPPINES weather is more of the same, HEAVY RAINS in the Ilocos and Manila regions that seem to cycle on and off. FLOODING in the greater Manila area and I am sure in Ilocos as well. Expect this to continue at least another day, through Wednesday. Partly sunny elsewhere. Especially the lower half of the Philippines.

Guam weather is clearing with occasional showers due to storms passing from the southern JetStream which is now riding at their latitude.

Japan weather should expect typhoon Leepi to hit the outer islands soon. A sudden path change over Fukuoka will take this typhoon over Japan. Winds are 112/136 km/h and HEAVY RAIN is expected.

VIETNAM weather is calm for the moment but the Hanoi area will be hit with HEAVY RAIN showers soon.

Blog news; we make small incremental progress each day depending on the event incident cycles! I will address these and more in our next post! Please WATCH & SHARE the video's and FOLLOW our Page in fb, Bookmark the Blog. https://sirpixalotweather.blogspot.com/
