THE BIG STORY: Typhoon Bebinca over the south coast of China is still discarding storms that flow over Ilocos region of Luzon Philippines! Typhoon Leepi has once again changed the predicted path to go into S. Korea!
PHILIPPINES weather is starting to clear as was expected by Wednesday at some point. Flooding can still be an issue, more in the Ilocos region than Manila at this point. It seems as though the storms off our east coast will be dissipating into the atmosphere or moving south to join the southern JetStream. A Large group of storms is heading to the east coast of Mindanao! Expect showers in Mindanao by morning unless other factors change that prediction.
GUAM is clearing and returning to normal.
VIETNAM weather has HEAVY RAIN over Hanoi with other storms moving into typhoon Bebinca. Bebinca is finally moving at about 3-4km/h toward Hanoi. It's outer bands are contacting Macau briefly.

The reason it was there and different is that these blogs get published from American servers, so they record their time. I finally figured out how to remove that date from our visible area. still working SO MANY other issues!
Be safe.
