THE BIG STORY: We are no longer receiving spin-off storms from typhoon Bebinca over China's south coast. Storms that were off our east coast have moved north and their spin continues! They may still develop into a typhoon! The weather service has identified yet another storm and given it a path parallel with Leepi path! Lastly, storms moving in on Mindanao seem to be breaking up!
PHILIPPINES weather is beginning to clear as predicted, by today. The last remaining disturbances are in Ilocos region. Expect small popup showers today and dwindling heavy rains associated with previous typhoons. Most areas are reporting partly cloudy at this time.
Japan is currently getting hit with typhoon Leepi. It's path has changed again to hitting the south east coast of S Korea and moving northeast most presumably following the JetStream.
VIETNAM weather continues to have rain storms in the north while waiting typhoon Bebinca, which is still only traveling at 3-4km/h!
