THE BIG STORY: Bebinca has changed course slightly south of Hanoi. Storms over Guam cannot be defined! You MUST see what the professionals in training have recorded. Storms off the south east coast of the Philippines have developed into a well defined LPA!
PHILIPPINES weather Is HEAVY RAINS from popup showers across the nation with remnants of typhoons STILL bothering Ilocos region. The Newly developed LPA off Mindanao may become our next Typhoon! Will I get a rest? Will keep an eye on it!
GUAM/JAPAN/S KOREA weather is Heavy Rains in Guam! Mixed with winds to Tropical Storm Strength. I have to say this; I am 69 yrs old. I HAVE NEVER SEEN a matrix of storm and storm paths as now being displayed across Guam/Japan and S Korea! They MUST BE training a new meteorologist! Fist we noted a CAT5 storm earlier today; now we see a two headed storm with MANY Paths! To me, ONE Storm, ONE PATH, ONE Tag! What a MESS!
VIETNAM weather is a mixed bag of HEAVY RAIN associated with the Typhoon Bebinca and calming in the south. I provided a separate video of that area to give you more opportunity to see which cities are affected.
Blog News: I have spent the day setting up the new email program. No new progress on the Blog. I must now remake my email to the Data Station maker to ask for help contacting the equipment owners here in the Philippines. They likely DO NOT KNOW about the Hardware and Software changes!
Be safe.
Sir Pixalot
This next video is of the Philippines & surrounding countries
