Update 9-12-2018 1440hrs;
THE BIG STORY: Mangkhut has shifted closer to our northern shore IT WILL MAKE LANDFALL! The outer bands will reach from the top of Luzon and turn beyond the center of Luzon and may reach as far south as Tarlac. Mangkhut has slowed to 19km/h making it impossible to accurately predict when the storm will hit. However; since the storm will make landfall it may also reduce its strength to a CAT2 rather than staying as predicted, a CAT3 after leaving Luzon.
PREPARE NOW: This is a serious Typhoon and can be deadly! Pray God will continue to reduce its strength and change the path so it does minimal damage! Take the steps I outlined earlier today and stock water and food, etc. Also be SURE you go through this storm in a cement structure. Your SAFETY is MOST important!
