THE BIG STORY: Mangkhut path has changed AGAIN since posting earlier today! The new path announces a downgrade in strength west of the center of Luzon to CAT3. Continue to pray for more reduction!
PHILIPPINE weather has spin-off storms creating small rain squalls and the main storm has created larger waves along the Samar and southern Luzon shoreline.
See the pictures posted in fb. I have taken 67 SAT VIEWS along the earlier path today. This storm is SO BIG, it won't matter that much!

CONTINUE TO PRAY: God is the ONLY ONE who can reduce the impact of this storm! He has SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED the Path and altered the Strength. Continue to Pray God will reduce the strength even more and that somehow our nations crops will be spared!
VIETNAM weather continue to be upset with popup showers from mid to southern regions. Mangkhut Path has CHANGED and the STRENGTH of the storm is now predicted to be far less than earlier reported. We will know more as the storm crosses the Philippines.
