Update 9-13-2018 1900hrs;
THE BIG STORY: Mangkhut has once again changed it's path. It WILL make Landfall by mid to late bukas and is expected to cross Luzon in 24-30 hours!

PHILIPPINE weather is calm before the storm. We expect this storm outer bands to begin touching shoreline in northern Luzon by morning and the full force of the storm to be revealed by mid-day to later in the evening bukas.

PREPARE NOW: WARNING: This storm will cause DEATH and destruction! MAKE SURE you are in a cement structure as the storm passes! If the storm continues at CAT4 Strength it WILL blown down many buildings! Store water and food for at least a week, possibly two weeks as power will go out. Have flashlights available and your cell phones charged! SHUT THE PHONE OFF unless emergency! ONLY use for emergency until power is restored! Get into larger cement buildings; churches, shopping malls or sound Barangay structures. If you are within 25km of the center of this storm you WILL see the full force! Be PREPARED NOW. If you are in a flood prone area; LEAVE NOW! DO NOT TRY to be outside for ANY reason during this storm!

Continue to pray that God will reduce the strength of this storm to no more than CAT2 before it comes from the east coast into larger communities.

Shoreline weather on the east coast will continue to get worse. Waves will become closer and more violent; flooding can and will happen in areas affected by the storm.

I will continue to post updates until we loose power. We DO NOT expect to loose power! But anything can happen. Our main concern is for your SAFETY! STAY INSIDE; DO NOT venture out in such high winds! The Gusting is what will tear apart the buildings! MAKE SURE YOU and YOUR FAMILY are SAFE!

Be Safe.
